What do you do when suddenly your life takes a 360-degree turn and you're not even prepared for it?

Enjoy the moment!

Yes...enjoy the moment! At some point in our lives, this kind of experience will come along and it should be cherished.

Who would have thought that there are certain connections that don't get lost despite absence and distance? That these lost connections with certain people probably deserve another chance to be nurtured? That maybe given the chance, things may turn out to be a little different the next time?

The unexpected scares us because we are put in a position of uncertainty. Yet this uncertainty gives us this unexplainable thrill that you might discover something good and something that you can probably look forward to. Whatever the result may be, it is something to be happy about and be cherished. And definitely it's something you can look back at with a smile.

Surreal? It is. More like surreal but nice.

He's special in more ways than one and he turned 32 yesterday (08/21/2010). So we headed to California Pizza Kitchen in Makati for a post-birthday family lunch and some shopping for the birthday guy.

Happy birthday, Dexter! We love you!

And i5 is now complete

I've had i5 for about a month now but I couldn't fully utilize it for my multimedia needs because I don't have a good set of speakers to make it work.

Today, I finally got the chance to buy a speaker set for i5. Knowing how good the quality of a Philips product is (yeah, I'm a huge fan!), I had this tested, was satisfied and eventually bought it.



And now i5 is complete.

** No.

** My doctor's appointment.

** Nothing really. It kinda seems perfect for me so far.

I reconnected with an old friend today.

Time isn't really enough when you have almost a decade of catching up to do. The catching up part wasn't really that bad but yeah, I guess we need more time.

And yeah, I was given an unexpected surprise. Don't you just love it when an old friend actually thought of giving you this?



It feels great to know that I'm still very much a part of your life despite the absence and the "seasonal" friendship that we have.

It's indeed a celebration of a friendship that's been rekindled!
